True praise is from the heart to our God who is worthy of it. Temple worship was attractive and engaging, and called for responses from the congregation, including Gentiles who had joined Israel. In Christ we join the true Israel - we have citizenship, family, home and belonging. We are a chosen people, a holy nation that we may declare God's praises.
