There is a complete change of gear between Isaiah chapters 1-39 and then chapters 40-66. We look at chapters 38,39 to find out why that is. We see that Isaiah has a problem as he seeks to pastor the church in Jerusalem in dark times. We look at what the problem is and see how chapters 40-66 solve it.
