People often become cynical trying to work out what is true and what is not. The Holy Spirit always speaks truth because He is God. He reveals Jesus to the apostles, and they in turn have transmitted that to us in scripture. We have the truth and can become people of truth, certain of the great issues of life, and a beacon to others.
