Jesus has made a life-giving promise to His people - the Holy Spirit in us will bring to mind what Jesus taught and who Jesus was, based on what the gospels and the rest of the bible records about Jesus.
We want this to be our experience. We think about how it can be, and how we can experience the life of the Son in us so we may cry Abba, Father and live as children who are close to their Father and His.
