The more power a person has the more important it is that they have good character.
So God's character is most important of all.
This psalm celebrates the fact of God's good character.
We see how God's good character must be the source of salvation for our bad character.
(In case we doubt that our character is bad we need only look at the fact we are so out of tune with God, or that it was people like us who crucified the one Man who had God's character - Jesus Christ.)
Joyfully celebrate the good character of God!
